Christine Lutz, Senior Vice President, Real Estate Consultant

Christine Lutz has been a real estate professional since 1990. She joined Garrison Partners in 1995 and helped launch Bicycle Station, one of Chicago¹s first South Loop loft and town home communities. She was promoted to general manager in 1999 and became a vice president and real estate consultant in 2001. Prior to joining Garrison Partners, Christine worked for Pontarelli and Company and the Habitat Company. She is a member of the Home Builders Associations and its Sales and Marketing Council, as well as the Builder Marketing Society. Christine was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007.
