Dori Conway joined Garrison Partners as a real estate consultant in January 2004. She spent the previous 10 years as vice president of sales and marketing at Hans Hagen Homes, a leading residential builder and land developer in the Twin Cities. She previously worked at 3M as an executive marketing manager. Conway has served on several committees with the Home Builders Association of the Twin Cities, where she has been honored with many Reggie and Trillium Awards.
