Jim Colella, General Manager

Jim Colella has been a real estate professional since 1993. He joined the Garrison Partners team in 2005 as General Manager of the Chicago market and offers experience in multiple aspects of the residential marketing and homebuilding industry. Jim has worked for leading developers, including Ryan Building Group and Joseph Freed & Associates. His various leadership roles include Director of Sales & Marketing, Land Acquisition Manager and Director of Purchasing. Jim recently has added to his responsibilities the role of General Manager for the Wisconsin market, overseeing sales & marketing in the rapidly growing condominium market segment. Jim is a member of the NAHB, serves on the Executive Committee for the Chicago Sales & Marketing Council and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Wisconsin and Illinois.
